    I'm a locksmith for car keys and I bought bw100 for the shop on your recommendation a couple years back. Stuff legit works miracles. It's saved countless car key fobs, small electronics, and even an electric chainsaw. Stuff is magic in a can, worth the price!

    As someone who has been repairing laptops for over 20 years I can safely say you make this look easier than it is to repair small electronics.

      @@Holycurative9610 with repetition it is easy. I’ve replaced the usb c port on at least 30-40 switches now. Pretty easy.

      I wish I had started doing this in my 20's vs trying to start in my 30's. The accuracy and delicate touch required only get harder to maintain with age...

    I just brought my very first console back to life. My classic grey Gameboy. It was so dirty inside, it didn't play any games anymore. But I deep cleaned him thanks to your videos and IT WORKED!!!!! I'm gonna rock Mario old school! 🙂

      Niceeeeeeee!! I recently swapped my GBC for original green to atomic purple, I always wanted that colour as it’s see through and upgraded the screen to a backlit LCD 💙

    I went to an return bin store. Went on $5 day. Found some awesome stuff. Including an oled switch. Which only needed new charge port and be cleaned. They had it hidden on the bottom of a bin. And told people that an oled switch is in one of the bins. Best score from an bin store yet. Seen videos of people finding stuff like that. Thought that it was rigged. Till this.

    I had nothing to do with fixing consoles and electronics but since watching these vids im actually working on consoles myself, specially nintendo 2ds/3ds consoles. still a lot of work for me to do and learn but lets see what the future brings.

    Next time you have a stripped screw. Put a rubber band between the driver and the screw. It adds more grip while filling in the gaps from the damage.

    I agree I like the lite for having separate parts , but I hate all the screws and all the different length screws, there is so much to take apart for a repair, so because I prefer sticking with the og Switch!

    I can't believe how easy Switch analogue sticks are, compared to the ones on the V1 and V2 dualsense (non Elite) controllers!

    Remember with the switch if it’s dead dead it will barely pull any current for a while (sometimes hours) before it will show signs of life and turn on

    Brooooo I came across a ps5 3rd gen, the revision right before the slim, for 20 dollars!!! I can’t wait to open it, so far looks like it needs a hdmi and the fan connector is broken. Also it is missing some screws hope it isn’t missing to much though 😅

    I wonder where i can get an actual rubber cover for the original stick when the tear out for to much use? All the replacement i found are to large for the naked analog OE stick

    My OLED has the same issue with the left joycon just not connecting. It only happened if I only had the tablet docked. I detatched and reattached the ribbon cable at least 2 times. Now I just keep joycons on when it's docked to keep that from happening again

    Whow, can you link to or provide the name of the tool use used to extract the broken off headphone jack tip? I've had to work on devices before with similar issues and it took me much longer than that using different techniques. Super awesome tool to have!

    Hey Steve, if you get a very little bit of moister in a usb port, can you use BW-100 to spray in there, mix with the moister and evaporate? To dry out the port? Im not talking a lot of moister just basically just from a over humid environment.

    Hi. I got my sons switch usb c replaced but now it only charges with the charger in one way round and does not dock anymore? This was a while ago and they said it couldn’t be fixed. Does that sound right?

    LGR channel bought a "new in box" l PS2 that was a dud.. I told him to reach out but I doubt he did. You should reach out for a collaboration if he hasn't already. Would be an awesome video

    Does anyone know why you heat the board at the back when replacing the charging port? Never seen that trick before. Any reason why he does that?

      So you don´t melt the plastic in the charging port.

      @TheEyeTrax1 oh, I've replaced a lot of charging ports on mobile phones heating them in the front, never actually melted any plastic so far but theyre all micro usb. Maybe type c ports are more sensitive since there are alot of pins

    Question: I found a ps4 (full of roaches). I cleaned it out except the power source and got it to work. One day it wouldn't turn on. Note I didn't put new thermal paste. Should I try a new power source or is it fried? Anyone?

      na price of a preowned ps4 drop so much after ps5, is now that kind of thing cheaper just buy a new then get it repaired but is you ps4 do whatever you want with it
