- I was an underconfident kid and I never thought I would be able to gain confidence to speak on camera. I have improved my confidence levels with time, I gave myself some challenges to get out of my comfort zone to be able to feel confident from within.

Yes it's really so hard .we can't remove easily our under confident,and go out from our comfort zone,and challenging with our self.... But keep trying for yourself meet at well situation as soon as.

Hello ma'am.
I also used to be very under-confident...but when I gave my self a moment to think what things make me lose my confidence then I found ..I overthink a lot and always underestimate myself by being my own critique..you can say I was suffering from HYPOCHONDRIA where I was creating unexisting problem for me .
Though this problem still exist but I am at better posn than before.
My mantra ..It's normal , take it easy ,hojayega , krlegi tu 😊
