I think that is what sets you apart from many other creators who make it seem unreachable to become like them. I hope I learn a lot more from you in terms of dealing with procrastination, falling back to the habit of journalling and other healthy habits. Thank you so much. Some of the qualities that I already posses are : 1 Being a morning person (5:30am), 2. Meditation 3. Revision of previous day (in studies) 4. 30 mins walk but while scrawling😂 for new vocabs😎 5. Reading newspaper ( atleast 2 social, motivational, economic or financial articles) Bad habits😢 : 1. Not being punctual, as I should be (for library) 2.Not being able to complete my syllabus on time 😑 3.I don't like to bath daily, as winter is approaching😩, ye thand kyu aate h yrr! 👉Snehaaa, please please focus more on your studiess, you can't afford to live a life, society waants. Definitely!🤞

Hey Drishti, ik I may sound like a liar but, I am a student and yesterday my screen time on my phone was legit less than a min, though I use my laptop for studying but yeah, phone is now out of the way, thanks a lot for such good tips!!! and one thing which I'll try to add, to drink more water i have noticed that a transparent bottle also helps a lot. Yes, psychologically ne can see the water inside that bottle and have an urge to finish it up faster as a sense of achievement.....
