the woodland realms are the Silvan Elves and are based in Mirkwood, they are the ones you see in the hobbit films expecally the last film when their army went up agaisnt the dwarfs, the Lothlórien are the ones in well Lothlórien which is near isengard, they were shown in the lord of the rings film and where those elves that came to helms deep in the film are from
33:30 that was one of isengards ultamate ability that killed that army randomly
