Just getting around to watching the reviews again. As many others have said, it looks like, thank you for showing the articulation. Keep it up. Never stop. Highly important to show that.
Now for the critiquing:
New Figure-
● Joints at the shoulder are ratcheted, leg joints at thighs are ratcheted. The abdomen joint is ratcheted. Sure you might say that's ok that means they're stronger when you adjust overtime. Yes but you've gotten less motion now. The older figure can kick a bit higher, abdomen twist more, and can raise arms at slightly more than 90° while new figure is straight 90°. Elbow and wrist articulation maintained from old figure. Added articulation would be ankle movement-not there in old figure
● Head Sculpt is basically a slightly high def version of old sculpt that came with ASM1 suit that you could put on ASM2 suit but they never included with ASM2 originally. This new one they do but not accurate to No Way Home. Again basically old one w/out the scratches on the face from Lizard, slightly less plastic looking.
● The suit is mostly alright but what killed me from start is when you're adjusting the arms, the sleeves don't simply stay attached to the ends of the wrists. This technique isn't new to them, so them failing at this is very silly. It's even more ridiculous since the Marvel Spider-Man figures don't have this problem so you're not seeing a black under body at end of arms due to sleeve sliding. Moreover, the original figure doesn't have this issue.
My takeaway is that I don't have high hopes for Tobey, whose original figure release is older than Garfield's, so should have more updates, but if they're similar to Garfield's with the issues I saw on display here, then that's a problem.

This does look like it has lots of improvements! From the implementation of pegged hands (vs magnetic half ones before) and the older release has that common issue of glue residue on the forehead which does not seem to be present here! Ganda!

Great review bro. So happy finally got him in my collection, even though it is from the Amazing Spiderman 2 but not no way home movie, probably due to license issue. I'm still happy getting this. Can't wait to get the friendly neighborhood Tobey spider-man.
I think maybe his artist fee got higher?? So that’s why hottoys didn’t really push thru that no way home version.. But yes i’m happy atleast we don’t need to buy that old version with almost the same price of the new😂

Regret buying hottoys, they're not like what i expected them to be, the joint is old design, they can do a lot of improvement, they just don't care, not all customers can be fooled, we just don't have choice
