Hey guys great work. I know his tendon are sore from his previous injury. Since muscle is connected to tendon. In this case would you have massage the tibalis muscle and the peronenous longest and brevis muscles to release tension. Even facial release / stretch. I do massage therapy but also Quantum touch healing. Yes you have to train your brain that there is no injury. Self healing is key but knowing how is life changing. For example I had a level 1 sprain ankle. At the time I didn't realize there were 3 level of ankle sprain. I had the same area of injury. I massage with caution to the tenderness not to over do or cause more pain. With a level 1 ankle sprain recovery. It takes 7 days to 2 weeks to recover. While palpating the ankle I realized that my anterior and lateral muscle were also swore. Got my massage gun to relax the muscles then I did energy healing. I was concerned that it wasn't healing fast enough but after 3 and a half days later my ankle was completely healed and swore free. Is just rolled my ankle trail running. Very mild almost no swelling at all. It’s sensitive to touch right under the lateral ankle bone. I’m thinking it’s the cf ligament or retinaculum that got over stressed. Also almost no pain. Could I start rehabbing if I have no pain?
Yes. Go for it. Use your intuition. Start simple and low intensity. Then build the complexity and intensity over time. Honor the healing process in between loading the foot and ankle. Go barefoot. Your body knows what it's doing 🦶🥷

I would so need this, I had a spiral fracture on my right ankle about 4 years ago (still got 2 screws and a plate in there) and it feels like I got 20kg weight on my foot/ankle when I've been using it for a while.
