Lyrical styling and pace is a little different to their “core sound” I still dig it though. Can’t have all albums sounding the same. These guys are killing it.

Innovation and change is good don’t get me wrong and you can’t please everyone all the time but stay close to your roots young fellas. Unfortunately, I only heard about this band last week. I do not even know why...
The first song I heard/seen was Rū Ana Te Whenua. It got me right on the first word, even with no instruments in.
Probably if the first song had been in English, don't really know if I would have continued to listen to you continuously during the past 15 days :)
Don't get me wrong, the music is still superb but I feel more power in the songs when sung in te reo Māori. The language is, maybe the only one, perfect for your music.
