Thank you for watching and your kind comment. The video series you’re watching are older. We’ve learned from our feedback and our newer videos all use music :-)

I like the way this instructor breaks it down for all beginners....I taught line dancing long time ago and its great to capture the footwork for any dance . Keep it up !!!

These are great videos, but each video needs to end with the dance being done to music so we can see what it should look like when really dancing.

Thanks, Tom. Point noted and we agree! You'll notice that our newer videos will all have dancing to music at the end :-)

This whole process feels like a chase. Where the leader is always either chasing to meet the follower or to catch up. Where as the follower is evading but meeting the leaders advances with their own position.
Also it feels like the follower does all the work and the leader is just a director. But very well explained directions!

      That’s an interesting observation :-)
The follower does do more physical dancing. The leader does more in his head. Interestingly enough, although the follower does “dance” more, learning to lead is more difficult.

@@countrydancex I completely understand where you're coming from. It's a complicated matter to watch, think, and lead all at once; but then adapt and change when necessary. I'm really looking forward to practicing. As a 30+ year old male, it sounds weird but I'm excited!
