I finally saw a moment last night where the crowd chanting "You sick F___!" was a total understatement!
I have such a love-hate relationship with death matches, but my GOD I loved this one. It was just the right amount of violence with out light tubes and pizza cutters.
But those staples spots were in-fucking-sane.

The WTF thing about Toni's loaded cheeks is that the gimmick stayed there! Even running across the ring, finishing the match, etc, it defied all logic.

Hangman vs swerve was match of the night. I was there, went in not interested in the fued. I've never said "Oh SHIT" more times in one sitting. When Hangman stapled the paper to swerve I thought It was and LA parking ticket, got the local pop from me
Didn't mind the "bloodspitting" spots, I figured they wouldn't have done it without taking bloodbourne pathogen protocols in 2023.

Sure, I get it's a shocking visual but... why? Does the old shtick of smearing your opponent's blood across your chest not have the same impact? If not more, in the sense that it implies a sense of dominance and ownership of another combatant?
But no, let's just swill some blood. That's another super spot sure to make people care remotely about Adam Page. I can't wait to see what he does next... maybe he and Swerve will make friends while waiting to get tested for hepatitis... form a tag team called Blood Brothers. Remix the Simpsons theme tune as entrance music. Finishing move can be a double team punch to the liver.
I was there live and due to camera angles n shit, they weren't able to put the screen up for us so we saw differently than the home audience. He Gangrel misted most of the blood into the air

Here's another layer pf this not making sense.
If Cole really had a shattered foot and torn ligaments, he would have needed emergency syrgery to retain full use of hus foot, which makes all the Roddy's House segments complete bull.
Then, he would probably have needed many many months, if not a year to rehab the foot, because it's a lot of broken bones compounded by torn ligaments. At the very least he should have been in a wheelchair ar this point.
Except he did have surgery. He's talked about it briefly in his Chugs Army Discord. And that's how you know it's legit, because if you know ANYTHING about Chugs then you know he is adamant about keeping wrestling strictly separate from streaming. He doesn't even allow mentions of wrestling in his chat. His injury is legit.
