In Midjourney I just use repaint starting with the face then using the pan features and zoom out to expand. To make it full screen for the Hedra head I used the original image and when editing cropped in the back ground image on the right side because as you know Hedra is more square. I had to left justify the image to the left because there was too much movement on the left. I think a hair strand went too far out. I comped in the falling leaves in an angle to help justify her being on the left side of the screen which was a problem that actually led to a more interesting result with the solution.
