    I cannot believe I am going into my 4th year studying Kinesiology and have never known what the RAMP protocol was. I really appreciate how you showed us examples of each step of RAMP.

    This was extremely helpful because I've had trainers and coaches in the past talk about warmups, but often when actually performed they were very mediocre. It was awesome to learn how a warmup can be broken up to maximize the potential of the workout.

    First, I think this was made to show off your awesome home gym in the most educational way possible. And I love how you broke down the essentials of RAMP and then showed us for yourself what it looks like. Very helpful and very informative and I liked how you mentioned how the RAMP is specific in what it is supposed to accomplish but also leaving it open to whatever the athlete is most comfortable with and what they think will yield the best results.

    I really appreciated the full warm-up example in this video. People are always told to warm-up before exercising, however I believe proper instruction as to how to warm-up is oftentimes left out.

    I think that it is really important in this age when going to the gym is becoming more and more common, it is so necessary to understand how to safely warm up. I haven't ever heard of RAMP protocol before so to me this seems very necessary and relevant.

    I also have never heard of R.A.M.P. so this was a good watch and as someone who never warms up properly anymore i will change my ways and do a proper warm up from now on!

    This was a new acronym for me but it was very helpful! It is such a simple concept, but yet makes such a big difference when done correctly. The demonstration was beneficial.

    I always believed dynamic and static stretching was about enough to succeed in the exercise and I cannot believe that this is my first time hearing about the RAMP Protocol! This is something that it's definetinely going to be integrated into my routine.

    i found this super helpful. generally when I lift I do some sort of warmup for the muscles but nothing this specific, and I think this could definitely help minimize the potential for injury

    This was definitely a new way of warming up I had never heard of. All the points that the RAMP protocol covers really go hand in hand with optimal performance. This is definitely something I will use going forward with any physical activity I partake in.

    Warming up is so important to a workout and this video explained each step very clearly. Something that was a good reminder for me is how the warm up should be catered to the type of activity the athlete is going to participate in. This was a great video to explain the RAMP protocol!

    I have never heard or RAMP protocol (raise, activate, mobilize, and potentiate). This protocol is super important when warming up, I will be using this in my workouts and remembering this when I am an athletic trainer for my athletes.

    This is definitely something that I can apply to my workouts. I think that I often do not like warming up or stretching because I think it takes up too much time or I just do not like to warm up in general but I think that after watching this video it would definitely be effective.

    One thing that I found helpful was seeing every part of the RAMP protocol as transitionary, I also liked how you can work to speed yourself up in the warm up to further activate your muscles.
