"Go to hell, Master Bruce" the fact that Alfred still refers him as Master is kinda sad...
That's true. "Master" is a young man who's not yet an adult. I think referring to Bruce as "Master" is the only term of endearment Alfred was allowed to address him with. Even though "Master" Bruce was well into his forties in other canon.
If I remember my upper buttle rapport, Alfred would request he KINDLY go to hell, or phrase it in a form of a question:
"WOULD you go to Hell, Master Bruce?"😝

So many of the DC characters (joker, batman, green lantern, etc.) are deeply problematic in their own ways but some of the writers and fans don’t even realize it.
Alfred on the other hand is ok. one of the better characters in the DC universe. Love you Alfred! 🫡 😅

I think the scary thing about this version is that nothing made him the way he was, like how in most batman origin stories joe chill and that night made batman. In this, he was just born without a trace of empathy
that part is bugging me. it just felt like it's trying so hard to be edgy for me. Was it because Alfred didn't discipline Bruce?
Disturbing more is the ignorance of signs this version of pennyworth wasn't thinking and maybe both parents didn't interact with him.

@@Albertobelmonte9 The problem there is that the overly blatant things he does like hitting Alfred with his rattle, dissecting animals and strangling pets would have caused Alfred to talk to his parents. Alfred isn’t blindly subservient to Bruce, he wouldn’t just standby if Bruce acted like this. And his parents aren’t neglectful, they would have found out too, I mean him strangling his pets, who they had to have bought for him, couldn’t have been ignored.

Robin king almost contradicted the Batman who laughs. He never became a Batman.
Maybe we was born from an Earth created after Darkest Knight started creating a Twist Dark Multiverse. He said he didn't want it all to start with the Bang, he wants to be the bang, the origin, not the comsequence.
That’s exactly why BWL( now The Darkest Knight), when he swept away all his acolytes, spared him: because unlike all the other Batmen, which were born from a reaction to an event in their life, he was already born this way, with his life not defined by reaction, but action, rendering him the most suitable candidate to aid the Darkest Knight.

Why? He’s literally just born evil for the sake of evil and is untouchable to ludicrous degrees. He’s ten and yet he somehow overpowers grown men, Batman actually had to *earn* his skills through hard work, he wasn’t born Superman. The other Dark Knights like the original seven actually had believable and in some cases somewhat tragic origins that made significantly more sense and represented a unifying common theme of exploring Bruce’s flaws, his personal relationships with others and his own fears of what he could be if things were different. Robin King is just a edgy try-hard of a story that’s trying to shock more than actually tell a legitimately good story.
This actually reminded me of what the darkest knight was talking about how all batmen were born from a reaction to something but this Bruce may not be a bat but he sure as hell isn't a reactionary character
I want see the main batman vs robin king, to see how will batman react when the robin king reveals that he killed his own parents.

Dang!!!! Just when the Batman who laughs is just about to get played out, here comes something fresh. That is what the Bat who laughs has been missing....the horror elements. The success of Dark Metal and thus the legacy of The bat who laughs is going to be contingent on who can drive home the horror! I am here for it!!
I still have a few questions:
1. How is he that tall? He's supposed to be a short kid, not 5'10''
2. How does he have all of that Batman and Robin equipment, he's young so he shouldn't have any of that yet.
3. When does this take place? If in the past, he should look much older. If in the present, then why is he young?

Since he was so twisted and evil he got around to making that stuff in secret sooner rather then later, I think the hint was when he understood the gun and how to kill someone by hitting their jugular and all that. He was already twisted so him knowing how to make this and having them already makes sense.
3. Probably days after he killed his parents
Batman + Cletus Cassidy + Norman Bates + Robin + Wolverine (seeing that image at the beginning) = Robin King

This is exaltcly why the Dark Knight-stories and Dark Multiverse is the best thing DC has made in years: so much potential for awesome whatifs and exploration.

They are basically what's wrong with modern comics imo. I dislike the whole idea of the dark multiverse and how it all hinges on Batman mostly.
So will Joker become the hero of Gotham? It's always been said in comics about escalation being the reason for more sinister foes, so what happens when the heros become the bad guys?

I can't remember the name of the comics, but there were 2 old stories where Bruce was Robin. One where he was the sidekick to Thomas's Batman, pretty sure this was a dream or something like that. I believe it was from the 50s, so ya know, wacky times back then. There was another story from the 70s I think where he was again Robin. There was no Batman in this & I think there was time travel involved. Anyway, this new story here (which is awesome-sauce) isn't the first time Bruce has been Robin, but it is definitely the coolest.

Who knew there'd be someone who'd make Damien seem even more likeable. Personally, find him to be the worst iteration of all the alternate Bruce's. He's just evil for the sake of evil and he can somehow do all the things he can do without any of the training and discipline every other Batmen has. Even Damien was trained by the League of Assassin's. At the very least, seeing Prime Bruce call him the dumbest of his alternates, call him a little Punk and resurrected Alfred shitting on him is pretty satisfying, not to mention getting outsmarted by the simplest trick in the book.

There are heroic Bruce Wayne Robins out there.Superman/Batman generations had a young Bruce as a Robin in 1929 before he became Batman a decade later. The silver/bronze age Bruce Wayne of pre crisis Earth 1 became Robin as well for a single summer in his teens. He looked like Dick Grayson with the exception of the R Badge over his heart.It was an identity he created to hide that he was Bruce Wayne so he could learn from his idol: famous police detective Harvey Harris. In pre flash point new earth, Bruce Wayne was de-aged into a teen and Tim Drake aged into a man so they swapped places with Tim as an unsure of himself Batman with Bruce as a gruff Robin.
