Thank you for sharing! This was a beautiful vlog 😍 I love to see you and your entire family helping others, exploring life together, and simply enjoying the times 👨👩👧👦❤ May God keep blessing you guys! 🙏🏽
It's not a Guyana thing, it's an individual choice. There is half of the society that cares jungle ass about a.n.y. thing and many in the State of Guyana are conscious about it.
@@europaeuropa1858 mr or ms, do you know what you are saying? It's like you are not proud of these people or individuals. Lets leave as it is, have a good day
Love that you quote the Great John Lewis. Oh what a great journey you took us through. I felt like I was doing the journey with you and the family- I fully enjoyed the adventure.
I jogged that sea wall for a good 10 years - back as a student - the best moments of life is watching sunset and just walking along the sea wall.Silence - the wind - the waves and sunset - great meditative moments .
Hi Danny I'm Andre persaud I'm from East rumvelt Alexander Village I've lived in the since 1984 I went back in 2012 stayed for 2 years I loved it i had the best time of my life when ever I'm missing guyana 🇬🇾 I look at your videos I love watching your videos
Delightfully interesting video of your adventures in Region of Soesdyke Linden Highway and sea view. I admire you very much for the life you make for your and families and sharing your goodwill with others. I went to Bartica since 30 years ago so it will be nice to take us there with you. GOD continue to bless you in abundance. My wife and I really enjoy your shows Danny. Take good care.. Safe journeys always.
Thank you so much for letting me see my home country all the way from Texas. Danny you are so positive and look at life as an adventure and not to be afraid to live it. Thank you!
i only started watching your videos recently. i"m trini living in canada and i"ve been to guyana a few times as my wife is from guyana bushlot berbice , i learned a lot about guyana from your videos thanks for sharing .
I’m an a American my parents and whole family is from Guyana. When I first visited as a child, I fell in love. The last time I went as an adult was in 06’. I cried when I was leaving. I want to go back but now I’m afraid to fly. I’m not sure what happened but before I leave this earth I must visit once again!
@@ITSOURLIFEARD Great ,you are most welcome,we have beautiful beaches, shopping malls and many more, you will definetly enjoy our local Beer (Phoenix and Blue Marlin) and Mauritian cuisines. Hope to see soon.
Really good video. Good to see the sand up the Highway. Had a survey camp on many occasions laying out lots for people to purchase in the early '70s. You got some good advice on how to use a chain saw if the tree is vertical ....... if it's leaning, then you can cut right through behind the lean. There is a technique when you want the tree to fall in a preferred direction. I really liked the drone video of the Kitty Jetty area .... it has changed a lot over the years. I grew up there in Dowding Street and learned to swim in the Ocean, also flew my kites there at Easter. So many memories of the places you show us. When you go to Bartica, my Grandfather lived there and is buried there. He is A M Khan and had the Lemonade Factory on Second Avenue. My uncle was Cyril Ali who had the baker shop next door..... best Tennis Roll I've ever eaten. On First Avenue, by the Police Station my Grandfather's Sister had a Grocery Store..... Aunt Sakina Grocery Store. When you go......please, if you can..... make a video showing the area's I mentioned. Ask anyone in Bartica (the older folks) they will know the location. Don't believe the bakery and lemonade factory still exists, but I would like to see the location if you can. Cheers.
Denny.... was discussing your upcoming Bartica trip and just remembered that my Grandfather's lemonade factory was willed to my mother and when she migrated to Canada, the property was sold to Rabbi Washington who ran the House of Israel back in the day. Don't know what the property is now. My Grandfather had a beautiful colonial style 3 storey house beside the Factory. The windows were covered with carved wooden outer covering that would open out to let air in. Rabbi Washington used the Lemonade Factory as a Church I believe. Cheers.
Pure Nostalgia. You're motivating to hurry up and move back home. Can't wait. I've done my part in the US it's time I come back and contribute to building Guyana's economy
Do enjoy your videos and journey. I love award regardless of the orange teeth. As a Linden resident I was glad to see the highway and Splashmin. Keep enjoying the journey

What a beautiful end to a lovely video.... love the view of the sunset and arial view of the city. For a moment one would want to believe it was South Beach, Miami. Wow!!!!! You guys got a lovely country. Mr. Danny keep up the great videos and continue to sell your country. Your new" sworn in Govt" should award you with much appreciation and by extension $$$$$ for bringing in Tourists with your beautiful vlogs. Very happy for the family whom house has burned down to ground zero, but mostly shocked that they are back on their feet with hope and that they got a new house in the works very fast
I was born 1980 and left Guyana in 85, barely spent some early days of life there and had to leave without choice, a born Guyanese. What bothers most of us who are living abroad Guyanese/Americans is the fact that we will always have to worry about if we was to move back home our own country people want to rape, kill, and steal from us. We left Guyana without choice and realized this American lifestyle is not for us and we just want to come home. We left as children and are now adults with children and just fed up of America. I pray our own Guyanese have some ova-standing and see we just want a better life also. Even if we come with some extra funds and things people want to kill. Many of them don't know we are willing to help and build up some of those less fortunate communities but we are executed before we settle in. There should be more awareness of these matters. Any how we love to sit and watch your videos they are better than alot of the gimmick stuff out there this is the real Guyana.
Sad you came to my Country for a better life but you miss your home , America is a beautiful country , its how you adapt and accept , i serve in the military , sometimes you are forced to do what you don't want to but to its life my friend , like my Grand Dad always said to me growing up as a child , " NO SACRIFICE NO SUCCESS " , those words inspire me to fight for my Country .. I apologize for you being in a place where your heart is not into , I hope you get the opportunity to return bk to your homeland and be happy #homeiswheretheheartis ..
@@princessleah8457 Life here has been good no issues. I been here most my life and adapted well but as I became more educated I've come to terms this lifestyle is not normal. I however like many Guyanese and even alot of the other Island families its the same situation. Love the village area you were brought up. What's it called Harmony.... something... ????, you said it takes 3 hours from there to where you now live in Georgetown. That is a mighty long drive!!!! Dud you pass over the Demerara bridge? Is the Berbice bridge similar? We need some geography lessons now . Starting point GT....where is Demerera? Where is Berbice? Where is Essiquibo? How far, passing through where? Would be nice when you're going on your adventures you can screen up a Map of Guyana so we can learn the geographic locations.. thank you
