gentry killed it with this one, call it what you want but it is not easy to go clean with new tricks like he did here.

Exactly. It's like cooking everything in the microwave and being REALLY GOOD at it, but then switching to the oven because your new apartment which you had to move into for your job didnt have a microwave and only an oven, and then becoming REALLY GOOD at using the oven.

Ok, I was expecting an amazing freestyle from Gentry, and thats exactly what I'd got. But I'm surprised by the amount of new tricks he has! Gentry is at USA top 3 since 2011, which is something spetacular.

I wish the camera were able to properly capture the awesomeness of the horizontal seasick at 2:23. I remember it being one of the most incredible looking tricks in person but doesn’t look as good on camera with this angle :/

I remember when Ogi attempted his variant of horizontal seasick on stage and it was crazy when he pulled it off. Such a difficult concept

Im just here blaming my string to be too short. I could dp gentrys old tricks but now...
He did an unclean job this year, but man, he had so many new tricks up his sleeve. His music use isn't as seamless compared to other years, but he had good bangers timed well.
Definitely enjoyed this performance over his performance last year at worlds. It just flowed so much better.
Also, say what you will about Gentry but each time he goes on stage he is using the Shutter, which is is by far one of the best budget options out there for performance throws. He even won nationals with a freaking Replay Pro, which I cant maintain stability with to save my life.

really digging the new trick set, I'm assuming next year will feature more music cues which would put this over the top
