The characters in concord remind me alot of the Guardians of the Galaxy characters they behave exactly like them
Almost like they lifted the vibe of one the most profitable franchises in recent years by design.... Haha, total coincidence!

Espcially from Sony! They aloud Stellar Blade a game that has ONE WEAPON & mobile game playthrough to sell for a $70 Exclusive. This is consumer manipulation along with making it seem like this wasn’t an ad. 😂 Elden Ring sold for $60 & has way way more content / playability. Be very careful of Sony, they lost their morals a long time ago.

why not, people love the overwatch DNA. if someone can make it "better" it's almost guaranteed to pop
No other game has the ow DNA, like do you seriously think a 3rd person ow is gonna feel or attract the same audience as ow? The whole reason ow got big was the fact its 1st person with a heavy focus on abilities over guns, making it the most unique feeling fps on the market, so the fact this game appears to not let you swap weps like valorant or apex and is clearly 1st person tells me this is the only game trully going for ows throat.
I seriously dont get how people look at anything with the hero shooter label and think it's an ow clone, that's like looking at any side scroller or monster collecting game and going "oh that's mario and pokemon" like no yugioh is nothing like pokemon contrary to what your grandma may think when she buys you yugioh cards not pokemon, and the fact the entire gaming community seems to think like our grandparents is kinda sad 😂 like by this logic hallow knight is a mario clone trying to piggyback off the success of mario lmao

Looks fun and gunplay seems smooth honestly, compared to Marvel Rivals. Third person PVP is just not it.

Probably already inked the contract to promote Concord before it was even revealed to us plebs, TBF. Can almost guarantee he'll be streaming the hell out of it come beta/release time with the classic "#ad" if he's saying this generic AAA trendchaser looks good when the entire gaming community but him sees it as a laughing stock.
The Shroud we all came to love has slowly become the out of touch old man of gaming, sadly. Bit of a sellout TBH too with all the promo work he takes on. But hey, he already got set for life so what does he care? Good for him, but you're right, his takes are getting worse and worse recently.
So you think complaining about a free product is productive in any way? I understand giving feedback to make the game work better but overall the F2P genre is a great thing at least for most multiplayer games but then greedy ceo's made live service story games and ruined taste in peoples mouths with the thought of paid cosmetics in a high priced game.

I mean it looks like it could be a solid competitor to overwatch. Basically overwatch in destiny engine with destiny gunplay. That's a good thing, saying something looks generic is a bad take tbh. If that was the case literally every 3rd + game in a genre should just be looked over cuz its generic. People are playing cod 94 just fine, they are trying to add things like deployables to a hero shooter, it just happens to be a genre where you can't really expand much. Give it a try first

PvP wise looks similar but Destiny also has PvE and story so not really.
Marvel Rivals is all I care about (I was in the alpha).
Concord reminded me more of destiny 2. Whatever the case hope people enjoy it. Marvel Rivals is too good for me to care about anything else.

a lot of ppl didn't seem to like this game. I actually fucked with it, it gave me a guardians of the galaxy vibe but still original, and obviously the gameplay trailer isnt 100% accurate but it looked pretty fucking good.

concord looks interesting, but as everyone else is saying, it looks completely unoriginal and in my opinion the overall art style is lacking something at its core.

Artstyle looks nice, I'll give it that but everything else from animations to gameplay this looks very stiff, can't lie in saying that this looks REALLY generic.
Every new fps game is basically a reskin of overwatch. Xdefiant had some overwatch in it so did marvels rivals and a few other new fps shooters why is everyone tryna hop on that trend now?
Xdefiant is basically CoD and Concord is basically Destiny PVP.

There ya go. Obviously, the Sony crowd hates it because it's not a a third person narritive Uncharted game, but for most people that enjoy multiplayer shooters, this looks dope. Also, to whoever says the market is too crowded with hero shooters, name me another one besides Apex and Overwatch. Yes, Marvel Rivals is coming, but it's not here yet. Sure, I don't know if Concord will find an audience big enough, considering the competition there is, but it looks cool. Now it only has to be fun to play. We'll see.
Ehm let me list some hero shooters: Rainbow Six Siege, Valorant, Paladins, Smite, Gigantic, Battlefield 2042, Quake Champions, The Finals, xDefiant, Combat Champions, Rogue Company
We need more REAL FPS games where the only thing that matters is your ability to outsmart your enemies and/or outaim them, I'm tired of shitty hero shooters where every character gets bullshatttttt abilities.
