So which class you using Amp Wards with?! I'm working on the spore warden version that won't use Dusa's Visage, but the triple roll amp instead. But I think there's some crazy things you can do with Dusa's I'm just not sure what yet🤔
I use the jolting battery I believe that is its name I could be wrong. Anyways it summons a lighting strike onto a nearby enemy when the shield takes dmg from being full. so basically whenever the amp shot goes off so does the lightning strike. I'm on my spellshot with this one so I can't say how much dmg it is doing or what it scales with I don't go that far into testing. I can say that I do proc it alot in fights because I regen my shield fast with spellweaving stacks. So its just been my go to on spellshot because I love the random lighting strikes everywhere
There are classmods with +1 mage armor (clawbringer-spellshot). That would regen 20% ward per spellweaving, so i guess one could shoot, reload, shoot, reload and everything is amped (since the triple amp ward consumes 20% for amping)
Incidentally, Clawbringer primary/Spellshot secondary armors can roll with a point in Mage Armor. Pair that with the triple Amp purple shields and you're regaining your 20% ward consumption with every reload or cast.
I was thinking about some mage armor rolls, but not sure what better skills you have to give up to get it, time to pull up the armor sheet lol, btw lets get that dusa's visage to work because converting a non elemental weapon to fully elemental has to be strong somehow.
As a Sporceror myself, this was the exact combo I've been working on getting all the gear for. I have a chaotic pushpin that's like 490x5 damage. Combine with an amp shield, mage armor, amulet with the 50% ward regen on skill use, charge of barrage on reload. But, since the pushpin doesn't have an element, I was going to put the on Action Skill End +50% crit damage on next shot enchantment. Constant amp shots with regening ward, weaving shots and barrages together, AND each amp'd shot should be boosted by the +50% crit damage.
Loving your wonderland vidoes man, you find stuff and share with the community! was in the bunny room and i was like i bet that ward is so hard to get dumped 10k into the bunny one of the first wards my mouse scrolled over after dumping them out! excited to try it out since other wont work for spore ward! looking forward to the spore warden build since a lot of them seem to be lacking recently in chaos 35 raid bosses
try the full battery with that armor that leaves you at 1 HP but gives a massive shield buff in capacity and delay. its just constant lightning bolts without the catatumbo. would look super cool with the catatumbo

I am more interested in how the hammer from Hammer and Anvil Ward scales in damage. I know melee damage but it has to be something else since my character does not have much melee damage but this hammer does a lot of damage for me.
Are you using a paradigm class mod or a buffmeister that says bonk on the bottom of the text? Because those are the only things I can think of that could cause some unintended Melee buffs. Well those and the spellblade
My wife and I both had it (with amp) since it was a quest reward on our together play through and shit man, we used way longer than normal. I stopped using it when I was like 35 or so but she kept using it till chaos 5 (we got it at lvl 30) but my god, with both of us using one, it was going off constantly. Not even when I took damage either. In fact like 75% of my shots on any random person would cause it to strike them. Like I know 100% I was not taking damage as no one would even notice we were there yet a lot of the time, and id tap the unsuspecting enemy once and they'd get fucking smited by zeus himself lol but ya most of the time my gubshots were procc ing the lightning strike which, I know it doesnt say that it does, but it was. Our shields killed most of the mobs rather than our guns for a while there. Definitely a good shield. Anyway just thought I'd share.
There is a weird interaction between "on shield full" effects, Unarmored Defense and Harbinger. Basically the game realizes that because you have 50% of your shield reserved that 50% full = full, but at the same times it doesn't realize this because Harbinger is supposed to refill 50% of your shield, so you'd think that with the game realizing 50% is full something like Harbinger would only restore 25% of your (total before Unarmored Defense) shield but it still restores the full 50% (aka 100% after Unarmored Defense) so basically every action skill use gets your shields all the way full, even from 0, over 2 seconds. This plus any spammable action skill and any on shield full effect is really fun. And then to take it to even another level, because you've cut your shield in half things that re-fill it by a number as opposed to a percent are twice as effective at refilling your shields. For example, the Fatebreaker melee weapons heals for 100% of the damage the projectiles do. In short this seems like a perfect way to make a Clawbringer/Brr-Zerker do some really crazy things with non-elemental weapons (normally a no-no for Claws). I think ultimately Spore will use it better, but it's a cool new avenue for Clawbringers to explore After seeing this video, just for the hell of it I played around with Dusa's Visage and a 5218 base damage Cannonballer of Ardor in Multishot mode, was getting 211k frost hits with an additional 55k from oath of fire, doesn't seem the most practical at all but pretty fun
I have been messing around with a P. Catatumbo and Dusa's Visage and it is very strong. I have a primordial Masterwork Handbow, which also does great damage with D. Visage, but I prefer the Catatumbo to take advantage of soaked.
