    Is there something else (other than the current poor results) happening in Tipp GAA circles that could be behind the small attendance? Having so little fans at the home of tipp hurling in a knockout game is mind boggling!

    Think that draw with Tipp will prove disastrous for Waterford and looks v strange when you see the beatings Tipp got from Cork n Limerick

      You'd think so, but Clare are letting the opposition hang around in games. Clare somehow managed to lose to Limk on day 1. Then only got past 14-man Cork by 2pts. Y'day needed a last sec 65 to beat Waterford. Clare need to go & have the game put to bed early. If Clare let Tipp hang around in the match it could get uncomfortable. Clare are much the better side but the need to do what Limk & Cork did & not what Waterford did.

      @@raymondgilbourne112 huge difference is all 3 teams Clare played so far have heart passion and most importantly the hurlers to compete.

      @michaelbromell2582 very true. But somehow Tipp managed to snatch a draw in Walsh Park & Waterford have been very decent this Yr. Waterford surprised me getting within a pt of Clare. It's a case of which Tipp we are going to get? We know what we'll get from Clare. They will be very good. Will it be the Tipp that lost by 15pts to Limk/lost 18pts to Cork or the Tipp that got a draw against a very good Waterford side. The game y'day was over when Cork got their 2nd goal. If Tipp stay within touching distance of Clare they'll keep going. If a gap appears they'll give up.

      @@raymondgilbourne112 true I suppose there will be no pressure or expectation on Tipp that’s for sure but can’t see past a Clare win with the momentum and what’s at stake.

      I will bet on that it looks a certainty with fouls and black cards not been given ,in fairness cork should have had at least a black card if not a red ,but in fairness cork destroyed tipp.

    Tipp held on to the old war horses way to long , I remember in 2018 tipp coming in to the Gaelic grounds and getting beaten after starting a few young lads the manager got slated and Liam sheedy came back and held on to the old squad that was a disaster long term for tipp, zero energy zero confidence and gave up after Barret's mistake for the goal .

    • @irishlad2229
      @irishlad2229 13 дней назад

      Agreed, Apart from Noel McGrath who I think is unbelievable, The old war horses had to move on years ago infairness, Great servants of Tipperary no question of that at all just time needed to be called way earlier.

    It's mental the lengths lads will go to to defend Cahill. Blaming Liam Sheedy for winning an all Ireland! There was plenty of time to bring on these geniuses after, and if they were as good as ye think Sheedy would have played them. Cahill underachileived with a Waterford team that were as good as any in the country. So at county senior level what's he ever done? Except oversee the worst Tipp team for decades. And yet all lads do is defend him?! It's mental.

    A very poor Munster Championship from Tipp, Hard to see where any leadership comes within the group, Full back line was run ragged yesterday, Connolly looked like he could've scored anything everytime a ball came into him, Apart from Noel McGrath id say there will be a revamp on the panel for the older lads for next year surely.
