Beautiful video of the most famous OS 4-stroke engines. I really hope that these will continue to be made in the future as the majority of model pilots opt for Lipo's and electric motors. For me, the beauty of the hobby is partly lost. RTF airplane kits, straight out of the box equipped with an electric motor and the worst part are the styrofoam models in a "chemical sigh" straight out of the mold. What's left of the hobby?

Nice video guys!! I have the same osv155 engine on the h9 p47 d-1. Is it normal for it to have a rather heavy, intermittent knock while idling? I kinda hear it when your 155 is idling as well. I just dont want to shake my airframe apart at idle
Those engines don't idle well.
LOL - ive used OS engines for over 30 yrs and they have never let me down and have always idled fine, must be something youve done to it ?
