Oh dear! Seems like you had a bad experience with them. I'm sorry that it happened to you. Personally I haven't purchased huda products this is just an info video regarding the sale that's going on nykaa. So if someone who were planning to buy these palettes could take advantage of this sale. Also in India we don't have direct contact with huda beauty. We buy their products from nykaa. So don't know how their customer service is.
