No. I wouldn't recommend. Agar acne problem hai then go to a dermatologist and get help from a doctor. Aapka skin Abhi young hai. You don't need all these. Just do basics. Cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen.

Honestly it’s genetics. But instead of moisturiser try serums for brightening. For pigmentation related issues you can try dermaco kojic acid or for just brightening purposes you can try vitamin c serum.

Honestly it won't work for that issue. Most of the time that issue comes from PCOD/PCOS in women. I'd suggest you use glycolic acid and make pcod friendly dietary changes.
