An excellent and delightful journey, thank you for sharing it with us. The transition between trains was almost seamless. This is exactly the sort of train journey I would enjoy next time I return to Japan, but am unlikely to have the time to take in reality, so this virtual version was most enjoyable.
I remember they were running the KiHa 25's and KiHa 75's on the JR Central Taketoyo Line as far back as 2015. Back then, the KiHa 25's were running on the Tokaidō Main Line between Nagoya and Ōbu Station at a speed that could approach 120 km/h.
7:53 For those who don't know Japan, those barracks on the left side of the track are not ones for homeless, they are tiny storage to keep agricultural gears of personal hobby plantations producing cucumbers, eggplants, tomatoes, etc. They are hand-built that's why they look like homeless nests. That kind of storage is even in Switzerland, on the right side of tracks. ruclips.net/video/NGqoymaMsWk/видео.html

Oh wow! Will you look at that! That's so cool! Thanks for this!
I enjoyed each minute of the clip. Thank you so much
Thank you for the wonderful ride. It's absolutely beautiful!
45:12 - What's that little critter that runs across the tracks? A ferret?

We leave the station under a blue sky,
As an incoming train is passing by.

Like from Rio de Janeiro - Brasil
Lovely, but slow train. I watched at 2x speed.
💗💗💗💗💗💗
