the best way i figured out is to hunt servers for the blue and gold trees since they spawn rarely. Just chop down all those trees, and when theyre all gone leave and join a different server and go to the forest and there might be tons more to chop. Sometimes it takes a while to find a server with som e blue and gold trees but when you find one it becomes faster than chopping down tons of oak and birch trees until a blue or gold tree spawns

You can use value websites like cosmic values because its a permanent item and permanent items in ps99 tend to show up faster after an update.
You should sell them as fast as you can because they will certainly drop more over time
