You should look up and make a discada that usually has Mexican market made chorizo, bacon, pork(usually shoulder) along with vegetables

I’m not hating at all, this looks delicious. But honestly, what is the point to do this over a fire if you are using pots and pans? That fire is not going to impart much smoke flavor so all you are doing is saving a bit of money on gas and spending it on coals (and time).
