Witness leadership use the Parable of the Sheep and the Goats to claim that the salvation of the "Other Sheep" depends on their obedience to the instructions of the Governing Body. They allege that this parable "proves" that there is a two-class system of salvation with 144,000 going to heaven, while the rest live as sinners on earth for the 1,000 years.
