Best band of all time! Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon was on the Billboards top 200 for a record 917 weeks!!
This is about their former front man Syd Barrett who left in 1968 due to drug issues. This album, Wish You Were Here was recorded in 1975 and is part about Syd, part an attack on the greed of the music industry at the time. Strange but true : while recording the album, Syd turned up randomly at the studio & they didn't initially recognise him, not having seen him for about 7 years. The saxophonist here is Dick Parry who played on the albums.
it just WARMS my soul to see younglins finding out pink floyd , at 53 , i was raised on this and so much hope that others will too . wait till you start down led zep rabbit hole , enjoy !
You've stumbled upon genius and a golden age of music that will never again be repeated.
Complex, deep, meaningful music that isn't profitable in our current "instant gratification" culture.
I saw Pink Floyd on this tour in May of 1994. I had just turned fifteen years old. It's still the biggest and best concert I've been to. I'm glad the two of you watched and enjoyed this. As for the video that plays on the screen behind/over them, no one knows what those mean.
Been hearing this bands music since I can remember and I’m 54. Had the fortune of seeing them live in 1988 in Germany and to this day still the best concert I’ve ever seen. Does my heart good to watch your generation discovery music we grew up on to keep it relevant. Keep it up ladies
Been listening to this album for 47 years music for a very different time .your parents probably weren't even born yet 😉 saw them when I was stationed in Germany February 1981
Music legends like Richard Wright (keyboards) Nick Mason (drums) and David Gilmore (lead and guitar) will forever live on generation after generation.
Great reaction to a great song. Next may I suggest Pink Floyd song "Echoes" Live from Pompeii. Luv from Texas.
Pink Floyd opened their concerts with this track as a tribute to Syd Barrett , the co founder of Pink Floyd , I know I was at one of their concerts
It's so great to see younger generations get turned on, to the great music that I was privileged to have grown up with.
Classic Pink Floyd. Thank you ladies!

i like when she says "welcome to our channel"
Hi Girls, A great song and band. Keep Shining On You Crazy Diamonds ♥♥
way way more than a song. this has layers you can only appreciate over decades as you age as you experience life. It’s why it’s one of the greatest pieces of music ever. always will create emotion.
Wow that brought back some emotional memories from 1975. Gilmore is still at his genius level. The song is about original founding member Syd barett who slowly lost his sanity and had to leave the band. Thank you!! Regards.
RIP Syd Barrett...We shall never forget you
Outstanding you did not interrupt the flow. Thank YOU.
best band ever lived ladies, should listen to their studio versions first.in the studio floyd were just genius
🤩 A magnificent song! Love your reactions! 🙏
My Favorite band of all time and as many believe the best band of all time.

Namaste, girls! Thank you for your reaction to another great Pink Floyd song! I wish you all the best for great success with your channel, and if you don't mind I have one song suggestion for you to put on your list - it's called "Hi De Ho" and it is by the group Blood Sweat and Tears! I hope you can react to it one day in the future! Peace!!
I love it when you girls watch Pink Floyd. They are amazing :)

My fav band of all time. Thanks bunnies for the reaction, enjoyed it.
Best band ever
Pink Floyd. GOAT
I enjoy seeing you to experience some of this music for the first time. I'm going to catch up on some of your videos I've missed.
This song is about Syd Barrett's decent into madness due to mental health issues and overuse of LSD.RIP SYD!❤️🙏✌️
Some of the best guitar playing in any song
Happy birthday 🎂 David Gilmour 3/6
Nice to see you ladies back again. Hopefully you'll bounce back to a few more Band-Maid reactions in the near future. I'm going to throw a few out at you. Maybe you have already seen and done them already. But here it goes. Songs like Before Yesterday, Bubble, Daydreaming and Endless Story. Of course whatever you've done already omit. Stay safe and be well always !
We will!
@@ReactionRetreat Thank you ladies, it's greatly appreciated. As always stay safe be well and keep up the good work !
Cuties enjoying Pink Floyd! Glad you like the music, PF is the BEST!!!
Hello, we are a kids family band from New Zealand and we do a lot of classic rock covers.. We hope you might like to see a Pink Floyd one we have done of 'Hey You' by Pink Floyd. We reckon it’s a really cool Pink Floyd song! Thanks :)
I'd like to recommend a very high-energy video that features David Gilmour, Pete Townsend's (of The Who) live version of Give Blood. Marvelous big-band 80's sound, and Gilmour really shows his talent
Good version of the song. But the studio/album original much better. Keep listening and exploring.
studio way better. they even leave out my favorite moment here.
Most Beautiful SONG - THX❤
beautiful as always
Hallo from netherland keep on rocking
You two are amazing - love that you really focus on the music.
Pink Florid ✌
you there on the right, totally transfixed! as you should be even on the 2nd, or 3rd watch! try to watch the concert in 4:3, P.F. themselves have the whole concert uploaded, watch it without skipping tracks. You'll get a better idea of the story telling! I'm glad you two got into this!
Namaste !
Wonderful reaction. Unfortunate that most of Rick's intro is missing.
Ladies You found my favorite Pink Floyd song. Listen and Enjoy..
Try some Jethro Tull or Wishbone Ash. Namaste!
You should some Playing for Change
Yesterday was released NEW song by Pink Floyd, David Gilmour got an idea when listening the young Ukrainian singer singing acapella version of the song, so he called Nick Mason, the drummer, and Guy Pratt on bass, so they can release one last song under Pink Floyd name, in honor of the brave Ukrainian people! All the money the song earns, goes to people who lost everything in this war! Such a great way to use your talent to help, and spread the message, music is powerful that way! Here's the song - ruclips.net/video/jUfVmtAvfdg/видео.html
Dhan'yavāda ( I hope I did that right)
Lovely to see you two maybe find out your parents are actually quite cool in their musical tastes :). I hope you get many more subscribers here.
Yep 😊 thank you
I think early floyd to deep for u two..u shd listen to.... momentry lapse of reason allbum....and division bell album.....
Take 90° turn and listen to Buddy Guy and the song skin deep. There's a movement called " Playing for Change" there's a lot of good music to listen to
You two are quite adorable.
Yeah if you ever do the studio version you see way back when it was released in 1975 I believe it was on a vinyl record so it starts out the album onside one the first song is Shine On You Crazy Diamond and then after you get through with side one and you flip it over to site to do you have like so many songs and then it goes back into Shine On You Crazy Diamond again and it is so amazing you'll have to hear that version as well because there are so different ending they did both parts but then they ended with the first ending and on the album version or the studio version they have a completely different ending that has many parts and if and when you actually do that reaction I will tell you a little story you might find quite amusing perhaps and dare I say Illuminating
This track is awesome, but it got me thinking. I wouldn't blame them on a bit if they couldn't get through the title track to Atom Heart Mother, or any of Umma Gumma. Neither could the radio. I'd probably tell these kids to stay away from drugs and forget I said anything. But I wonder if they'd like anything from Opel. I find most of that so hard to listen to but I just love 'Clowns and Jugglers'.
The original Pink Floyd had Syd Barret on lead guitar. David Gilmore was added because Syd was losing his mind. From that point on, they had no real lyricists until Roger Waters, the Bass player revealed himself to be a master of dark cynical lyrics that made people think. (Meddle through Final Cut albums).
Roger's grasp of control continued until he fired Rick Wright, the Keyboard player, then Nick Mason , the drummer, quit. Dave Gilmour helped him finish The Final cut. But that was effectively the end of the 2nd version of Pink Floyd.
The 3rd version of Pink Floyd is more of a "Cover Band" of Roger Waters' catalog of lyrics. They play well, Gilmore's guitars are always soaring, but without Waters, they are no longer edgy. Musically pleasing, but I never listen to much Floyd that was released after The Wall. Better than anything out today, but by Pink Floyd standards, middling.
They were operating on a higher plane through the 70's. It's absolutely insane the repeated sonic perfection they created throughout that decade. I've listened to it all hundreds of times and I'm still sometimes brought to tears at the shear beauty of some of their music.
Que gran reacción chicas, se pasaron.
ICHKERIA! !!!!!!!!✌
Buena reacción, muy hermosas 😘
How did u all escape from Willy Wonka's Chocolate factory? Just kidding , great song rock on!😂

Try reacting to Blue Light by Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmore
Listen to Tom Sawyer by RUSH!🔊🎶🎶🎶🎶
great reaction, but on this occasion the live version is not as good as the studio version, not because of the sound or musicianship but mainly because it was not played by its full length at the concert.
Hi again Girls, with whats happening in the world now you should react to a song from 40 years ago, but it could be now, called Open Your Eyes from Lords of the New Church written by Brian James and Stiv Bator RIP
