Red chilli powder - 1.5 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon - 1
Salt as required or 1.5 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 4 tablespoon
Cardamom pods - 5
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon sticks - 4
Caraway seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Mint and coriander leaves
Green chillies paste of 5
Garam masala powder - 2 teaspoon
Milk - 1/2 cup
Few saffron strands
Onions - 4 big
Oil - 1 cup
Garam masala powder
Caraway seeds - 2 teaspoon
Cardamom pods - 15
Cloves - 8
Cinnamon sticks - 8
Basmati rice - 1 kilo
Water for boiling
Salt - 6 teaspoon
Half a lemon
Few mint and coriander leaves
Caraway seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon sticks - 3
Cardamom pods - 5
Oil - 2 teaspoon
Layering
Milk - 1/2 cup
Few saffron strands
Clarified butter - 4 teaspoon
Few Coriander leaves and mint leaves
Garam masala powder few pinches
Green chillies - 4 to 5

Hi mam, I m great fan of your channel. Your recipes are really delicious. I tried with recipe in a new way. After making layers and sealing with aluminium foil etc,etc, I cooked the Biriyani on high heat for 5-6 min, then on a pre heated tawa with some SAND on it and cooked for another 15-20 min, the result is excellent. Because of sand, one need not worry of getting biriyani burnt. One can try this.
