    I find the documentation confusing, I cannot figure out how to Assign Agents to different Categories , so when someone creates a Ticket the correct Agent gets an email notification.

      The best way we found is the google translate plugin (or another translating plugin), it includes Spanish and translates any wording on your WordPress site with an easy language menu
