NY bartender, here. Love your channel, and great job on this one. Couple recommendations:
- You can rim the glass with the lemon twist to accentuate the aroma
- Mixes best with a rye whiskey, or some bourbons.
What would you advise for a "sweet wine"?
@@permanentfitness1919 Lambrusco usually works the best, but a Primitivo or Shiraz works well if they're on the sweeter side.
