Agreed. You need to get your diet, exercise and Sleep Quality in order first. I sit somewhere on the spectrum of ADHD, so I do find supplements helpful, but I do not take these custom Stacks as the concentrations should be exclusive to the person. I find it beneficial to experiment with things individually and then eliminate what works and what doesn't.
