Texas just became one of the most safest states now 🤣
*school shooting today*
Shooting just happened last night in Dallas Uptown trust me it’s getting bad
You used a law professor who proposed to know what he was talking about. So, with that in mind, he LIED about the signs the businesses can use to tell people not bring their firearm in. You, as the reporter didn’t research this information. You are disappointing. People actually listen to you, because they think you did your homework.
Yeah people are also conveniently leaving out that when asked to show ID or something to a LEO while carrying you absolutely don’t have to if a crime hasn’t been committed. You can just be like “am I under arrest?” And when they say ‘no’ just walk away.
@@BlueLineChop on that you are wrong. It is the one thing law enforcement beg for and the Senate had to cave into it to get the votes to pass HB1927.
@@coltwinchester6124 no no go back and read the subsection, sir. They can only ask if there’s a call for service, or you’re suspected of a crime. Im aware of what you’re talking about though and there’s been a lot of confusion and there’s more to it cause someone who isn’t clear on it can be detained and ID’d anyways if you don’t know the difference between a consensual engagement with the police or unconsensual, etc. I’ll see if I can find a link to post. One sec.
@@BlueLineChop That's not what the Amendment said when they passed it.
I watched the whole boring legislation.
@@BlueLineChop I know what all that is. I have a LTC. There is so much miss information in these comments it is not even funny. Yes, the Police can stop you for carrying a gun. It is something the Gun Owners of America will address with legislatures next session.
If you have a LTC, any time a LEO asked for your drivers license or ID, we have to show our License to Carry.
If I am right, and you are wrong, shame on you. If your right and I am wrong, no foul. You better make sure!
Don't fire that red rider bb rifle, you'll shoot your eye out....opps to late
Haha
i actually did this when i was 10 at Christmas when i got my new bb gun, shot a glass coke bottle and it came back and hit me directly in the eye, thankfully i was wearing big thick glasses,i could literally see the bb coming back at me in slow motion
🇺🇸
Got it on me
I love Texas
I hate and despise Texas. I was born and raised in Dallas but when I got on SSDI, it finally got to the point I couldn't find housing I could afford. My mother moved up to Southern Oregon and I followed after. I refuse to return to Texas. I'd rather die.
All Texas needs now is John Wayne..😆😂
Over 21 and skin thats not very tanned? Stay out the sun ya'all!
nice eye patch ! hardly noticeable .......
Just another anti gunner
"Yeah, a little while ago I dreamt Texas let everyone just walk around with guns like it was the wild west."
"Dude, that's real. You didn't dream that."
- An actual conversation between myself and a friend. I 100% thought this was too crazy to be real. I don't live in the USA, so this just sounds like something out of a cartoon to me.
I like having the freedom, it gives me a safe feeling knowing I have the same firepower as any military man… or that my block could defend itself…do you feel free, or safe? Which is the real illusion? I guarantee my own safety, because the police show up 45 mins later to draw a line around your body….at least if I die, somebody’s getting a new body piercing. It all boils down to training, and luck….the second of which runs out for all of us at some point…
We've had the right for some time. We just had to get a permit first. Terrorist plots have been foiled by permit carriers. It may sound like it makes things more dangerous, but the actual opposite is true.
@@kevinsedwards | See, it's this sort of mindset that the rest of the world makes fun of you for.
I understand it's different in the USA, because criminals are guaranteed to have firearms, but the rest of the civilized world is much safer WITHOUT such open access to guns. Just have a look at deathrates, school shootings, etc.
Here in Canada, I live downtown, within 15 minutes of a homeless shelter. Despite this, in the summer I leave my front door open until I go to sleep at around 1:00 at night, to cool down my house. Leaving your door unlocked while at home and awake is just the norm up here.
Do YOU feel safe enough to do something like that?
@cameraflyer no there not. Many people own automatic weapons. You just have to pay a $200 tax on it, pass a very extensive background check.
Oh, and about $20,000 to buy the gun
@cameraflyer I only graduated thee 6th grade. Give me a break.
You will poke your eye out kid!!!
What is a pirate‘s favorite letter? R!!!!!
No it's the i
I can sit outside and hear gun shots every night. Sometimes it's fully automatic gun fire. The world is going crazy.
Looks like his face is dropping
Nice eye patch ,
You shouldn’t have to be 21 it should be 18
Christmas story lol
I think this is Greg Abbolt's big mistake. I'd like to be wrong.
It’s like the Wild West and Desk Pops are at an all time high.
No just people carrying guns. If you want a desk pop you can draw and pull the trigger I guess. Wouldn't recommend that.
And you wonder why the police keep shooting first and asking questions later...
I guess I won’t be vacationing in Texas !
Well bless your heart
@@xxTenaciousExx thank you
@@arnesste000 well you're quite welcome amigo i say it's best to vacation in Detroit,New York, and California you mite feel more comfortable around armed thugs than responsible law abiding citizens
We don’t need you here and please go away!
Texas is for Texan
@@arnesste000 now not only do we get to legally defend ourselves, this law is also keeping the Commifornians away! A great day to be a Texan.
Is this law just for white people or can black people also carry?
Living the old wild west again huh
They didn't conceal weapons in the old west.. that would have been illegal..
@@Patchaddictedpolymath 😂😂
Well, looks like the sons of satan finally revealed themselves.
Black people this law don't apply to you. Still get the training and permit
True that
Of course this law applies to black people, its for every race, racist idiot
Uncivilized law

What about none violent felons? What about 18yr olds that can join the military 🪖?
Sorry bud just take what you get
21yo is a Federal requirement on handguns from FFL dealers. 18 yo can legally purchase a handgun from a private collector in Texas. Some felons are allowed to own firearms for personal defense in their home after serving their sentence and having the right restored. Probably not legal for them to carry under the new law.
