- Wicked Reb Kean has had things her own way for too long, but hadn't reckoned on the furious anti-drug stance of half-mast trouser sporting, fag-puffing wanna-bea-smith, Myra Desmond. Having confiscated Reb's stash - over rather a hot curry - she crafts a plan to give naughty Reb a literal taste of her own medicine. Poor pad-mate Bobbie Mitchell can only cower and clutch her blanket in fear until the huge perm and 'tache of Mister Manning appears to save her from the madness of Reb flailing about in her denim pyjamas, knawing the bedsprings and impersonating the eagle-eyes of a nineteen-seventies Action Man figure. Luckily The Freak - who at one point breaks into an alarming canter - always knows what to do for the best.
Cell block H is so bad is actually transcends awful and becomes very, very entertaining. :-) watched every episode when i was young and this brings back memories! its so retro its almost a situational comedy.
God Rita was a childish hypocrite, I like Myra though she is great but no one wil ever replace Queen Bea
I felt bad for Bobby sharing the cell with Reb on Cocaine...the poor little fluff.
Poor Reb, I know she needed to be taught a lesson but Myra went too far with it I like both Reb and Myra though
This is from episode 451, I found out. :)
Myra was a good top dog.
It turned out to be PCP
pure classic 80s tv loved it long live prisoner grantie
haha.. It looks so Crap now, but I Loved it! I was not allowed to watch it at first when it was first on here in Aust. I got into my teens and I LOVED it... It was so BAD! ! I was at Melbourne Airport last year and Maggie Kirkpatrick (Joan "The Freak" Ferguson) was standing next to me at the Baggage Carousel! I We spoke as our baggage was on the wrong Carousel. It was weird, I expected her to start yelling at me...lol
Rip Janet. The best Reb Kean
amazing what 50 cents worth of icing sugar can do! great show Prisoner though I love it.
myra rules
It was cocaine, mixed with PCP. That's right about Myra. At the beginning she looked pretty young, but after all those cigarettes and all the eating she done, she looked WAY older than her co star Judy McBurney, who played Pixie Mason, one of my favorite people on here, plus Janet, plus Maxine. And Betty of course.
How much you wanna bet, that was really Bex, or powdered sugar they put into that paper
I couldn't stand Myra. Mind you, anyone was a better top dog than that freaking Rita the Beata.
