Kate Peterson offering to co-manage the prison with Mrs Davidson has to be the single funniest scene. Lou Kelly was the comic genius of the series though.

Alice singing was most likely for chuckle material, I don't think they intended it for someone to erupt into laughter over. Mouse's high during the Sandy Edwards and Bea Smith vs Marie Winter and Kate Peterson era was funny, same with Frank Burke (worst character ever due to his own actions, not the acting, which was great) being annoying during Joyce Barry's tap dance lessons.
The last one with the laughing gas reminded me of laurel and Hardy. There have been some great funny moments tho and lizzie trying to get off the bean bag is one of them. And the stripogram
Def Lizzy with the pan. I know it's not suppose to be funny, but every time I see Lexie's face (as camera pans) while Myra contemplates who'll die, I die laughing when her face is shown. The look on Lexie's face looks as if she's doing an Elvis impersonation! It's so hilarious!
At first Willie's amnesia was real. Willie was another of my most favorite characters, along with Lizzie, Pixie, Chookie, Rita, Minnie, Cass and Merle.
Merle giving the sex toy a tour of the prison, lizzie in court calling Ferguson “the freak” and nobody in the court gives a shit, lizzie in court calling the judge a “little beauty”, Kate Peterson trying to collaborate with Erica Davidson in her office, Naughty Naughty Ms Ferguson, Franky Doyle calling Vera “Vinegar tits”
The Christmas panto was by far the winner 😂 they picked off the screws and you just see them walking off one by one when they’ve all been humiliated 😂😂
Willie will be coming into Prisoner this week (with the current reruns that I am watching), so I will be able to rejudge her character. Surely she can't be as bad as Alison Page.
Willie'scharacter was interesting but they did everything wrong with it . later on in the series she ends up running a private investigation service and suddenly does a gung- ho business woman .totally unrealistic.
I laughed more when Lizzie got religioius and kept mis pronouncing the words and phrases of christianity. but... out of this lot... Probably "give me back me axe" as even Vera had trouble keeping a straight face.
Christmas panto - superb! Lizzie Bordon - great hijinx. Laughing gas - Maggie Kirkpatrick shines. Lizzie and the beanbag - well played Sheila. Singing Lurch - horrifying yet I can't look away. Daphne's plants - Lou makes this scene. Lizzie saucepan - would have been better without Doreen's blubbering. Lizzie amnesia - Meg saves the scene. Bea's stripper - goes on too long. PMT - not actually a funny scene. Joyce tapdancing - ho hum. Cake drop - pretty weak. Willie amnesia - ham salad.
