Okay i know this is a little older, so my thoughts might be out of date at this point but oh my god i have so many.
First, this is such a unique and awesome remix of EE, ive certainly never heard anything like it, and i love that. The style change ups with the addition of the chara cromatic and a speed run through various chara vs sans songs and motif memories as to why sans is even doing this (papyrus' theme being extended) is a real gut puncher. Then it goes right back into No More Deals and finally, gaster interrupts to get sans focused again(btw the chromatic u used for gaster was beautiful). I loved all of that, it told an emotional sound story and made the song engaging to listen to, i never got bored.
But on that note (since u asked) I will say that there definitrly needs to be more transition into new parts of the song. Its okay to be jarring once or twice if thats relevant to the narrative of the song, but too much and it begins to feel chaotic in a way that van be way too confusing to the listener and takes you out of the song.
The other thing i'd say is that if you are going to switch things up, chromatics shouldnt really be that thing. I'd say at most 1 or 2 can be used for each character, but they should compliment each other and not be so at odds as to feel like different versions of the character are singing. Genre and style switch ups arr awesome, but there still needs to be a sense of cohesion through the song and chromatic consistency is a good way to help preserve that.
Other than that, maybe tightening up the composition a little and making sure your levels work with the new instrumentation on different sections, and thats all. Really really really great song and i'm so glad the algo threw you third party remix my way bc goddamn
