Continuing the adventure from that same unforgettable Sunday, I felt like it might be the end of my motovlogging journey. Despite my camera being somewhat damaged, I managed to press on with the ride, which took us through stunning and uniquely different surroundings. When we arrived at our destination, we were unsure of the roads since it was my first visit, and Rohan hadn't been there in many years. After asking the locals for directions, we discovered a route through a jungle that led us to the "Atlantis of Goa" - Curdi.
Curdi was once a vibrant agricultural village with a population of about 3,000. It had a main Hindu temple, several smaller temples, a Christian chapel, and a Muslim shrine. In the 1960s, Goa's Chief Minister, Dayanand Bandodkar, decided to build the Salaulim Dam to provide water to a large part of the state. As a result, the villagers were given 10,000 square meters (110,000 sq ft) of agricultural land as compensation.
