Had the Fujitsubo Powergetter exhaust my RSX Type-S back in the day. That thing sounded great. Even had older folks asking about when I would park the car at local market.
I have the Invidia N1 for my 2006 RSX Type S and it still is my favorite sounding exhaust for a K series engine. Second favorite is probably the Skunk 2 Megapower RR Exhaust
Always appreciate the clean content, Cam and crew. Ordered me a CS decal to rep the life. Been checking daily for when the next SI vid comes out to describe the mishap!
Are you planning on doing any engine upgrades or swaps? The EP3 Civic SI has a K20A3, as opposed to a K20A2 as found in the RSX Type S and lacks a 6 speed. Interestingly enough, the K20A2 and the transmission bolts right up and everything plugs right in. Food for thought.
loved my hks exhaust on the type s idk if theres a sound difference how everything might routed differently greddy exhaust doesnt sound bad tho its hard to make a honda sound good thats not boosted
Me & my buddy picked one up from a guy from Car & Driver magazine, and we're both excited for this series. He's got Tein coilovers on it, handles amazing, and is great for dailying.
Sounds similar to my full Magnaflow setup, just a bit better. Magnaflow makes a really well breathing system, but its a bit more raspy than I'd like it to be
@@zaytyga It's the Magnaflow Honda Civic Street Series system, part number #15757, paired with their high-flow cat for the EP3 Si and RSX Base, part number #24177. All together, it's a $1,238 dollar system that works super well and is fairly easy to install. Word of advice, however... The manifold flange to catalytic converter bolts on the K20A3 are spring-tensioned, so they are under a LOT of stress. I had one break flush at the manifold flange which caused me around 10 days of pure headache... Otherwise it's a really easy system to install.
@@vapour_xs9235 woah man. 😨. Good to see you got the exhaust on nonetheless. Sounds like a headache. High flow cats def help when it comes to good sound. Magnaflow is just a nice sound though too lol

My old rsx had a race header(no cat) with a invidia q300 exhaust. Hands down my favorite set up for a k engine. I have a video of it on my RUclips.
I’ve never even owned a Honda or intend on owning one but I am still excited to see how this build turns out! Cameron’s builds never disappoint 😮💨👌
as a ep3 owner, i love seeing these type of video and make me proud to own my little ep3
It would be sick to see you try to and put together a custom exhaust to try and get the best tone possible
When I had my EP3, Skunk2 was my cup of tea!
I had the Megan racing muffler in my ep3 and it was quiet even with headers and straight pipe but later i added a high flow cat and got even quieter
brings me back to me installing a fart cannon on my 5th gen prelude, fun times
Cliffhanger! Did Honda go boom? 🤯
I had a catless header to stock piping on my 2011 civic si and it sounded stock.
Greddy Evo2 is a great exhaust as well for it. Very deep. Curious what happened man
Heck yeah. I had a greddy evo2 on an old Honda of mine forever ago. Sounded awesome and looked clean
Civic SI? in my country that car is called the EP3 TypeR lol
It's a little too loud for my tastes but it's definitely an improvement over OEM. The drone is just too much
put the hondata 91 tune you will get many crackles. using a skunk 2 megapower and its pop pops all the time
Another great exhaust option is getting a vibrant system fabricated shit is deep and not overly loud
makes me miss my ep3, wish I had more time and money to have built it
I’ll be glad to take that ep3 off your hands

Your the man Cameron thanks for the videos!
Invidia R1 is always too loud on Hondas. The q300 with a header is the much better choice.
Everyone loves loud exhausts

Q300 is the way to go on Hondas. Sounds like stock under 4k but screams after that.
I wanna see you build a mk7 Golf r

Yall make me miss my EP3, I left the stock catback and ran a test pipe very comfortable clean sound
buddyclub exhaust and oem headers
awesome, hoping to win!
How do you make those renders?
Hope you get a 02-06 rsx type s six speed for the car
Put unequal headers on jt
😂 rice for sure
What wheels are on this si?
Love it! Sounds good.

What's your magna flow set up that you have. ... Any part Numbers?😊

@@vapour_xs9235 I thank you for the valuable information
I'll be sure to keep all of this in mind
