I went through this workout with a couple of really light weights, just to get a feel for it. Got through the workout and thought it wasn't so tough, but for a couple of days after, I could barely straighten my arms! Simple but effective!
Just done this after a full blown attack on the back and my god this was a killer! Love the endurance style of training Jamie brings to the table! Keep it up TG!

Just a quick qstn guys - would really appreciate it if I could get an answer: if you are interested in building mass do you need to repeat this routine a couple of times or is just one go good enough for your biceps day ?
Is it bad to do this 6 minute work out over and over again repeatedly for like 30 mins? I just don't feel the burn as much when Im done 6 minutes and just do it over and over again; is this okay?

Not too awkard man. Jamie didn't build this body only with biceps blaster/9 kg dumbbells. If you can do this with 10 kg dumbbells, for 6 minutes, you have my respect. But if you want this body, take in consideration a whole different total workout, and...... and yes, a little supplement help.
