I thought this would be a lesbian relationship drama between Natalie Portman and Julianne Moore.

2 of the BEST actors in the game - no way I'm missing this one.

Saw this at a screening last week. Absolutely astonishing in every way. I couldn’t stop thinking about it for about two days after I saw it.

Oscar nominations on lock with just this trailer. When a trailer gives you goosebumps you know it’s gonna be a good film.

I would recommend anyone who’s interested in the background of this film to watch the press conference in Cannes this year where the director and the actors talk about this film in detail. They discuss the more uncomfortable aspects of this story but also the choices on the soundtrack and reusing Michel Legrands theme for the 70’s film The Go-Between. Very interesting.

Oh my goodness, a movie with both Natalie Portman and Julianne Moore (two Academy Award winners), AND it's based on the Mary Kay Letourneau case? I'm soooo watching this.

Any time Killer Films, Todd Haynes, and Julianne Moore get together to make a film you know it's going to be a cinematic event!

I believe this is about the case of Mary Kay LeTourneau (34) who had an affair with a 12-year-old student. They had 2 children together.

that's exactly where Moore and Portman excel, I cannot wait to watch it. Probably the first time in my life that i had chills looking at a trailer.

I'm totally not going to watch this because I can't take the stress of it but with these actors its going to be AMAZING.

This gave me chills. Looks amazing!

Finally we see some dark storylines that happen in real life. Women grooming children/boys happens and we need to speak more about it. These actors are amazing too.

This took me a few moments to realize what this is mirroring and I was like 😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲 WOW!!

Mary Kay’s husband sounds horrified and regretful, angry at what his late wife did to him at that age. Later Interviews with them are spooky

The woman that this is film was inspired by lived and died in my city. I remember a few years ago (before death obviously lol) how a bunch of people I knew, family included, saw her at Safeway and that was the first time I heard about this story. People talked about it for days wondering why she still felt comfortable going out in public.
