For the Broken Relic,you must get three clues by talking to specific dlc NPCs(The code is always random,so you can't cheat),then fight a secret boss.After that,you must take the new charm with you and defeat every DLC boss with it.It's made ridiculously hard but rewarding, though!
Instead, the best thing to do is to keep an eye out for the positional “keywords” the climbers use when telling their stories. So, if the first place climber says their opponents were “left down at the bottom,” they’re likely telling you that you’ll first need to interact with the tombstone in the bottom left of the graveyard. If the second-place climber mentions getting “up right at the crack of dawn,” that could mean that the second tombstone you need to interact with is the uppermost one to the far right. The third might mention that it “ain’t right they came in third,” which means that the third tombstone is one of the ones to the very right.
This really has turn out to be the most thrilling Cuphead DLC ever, you've beat the new but also hard bosses plus complete it as always this was a banger from you man

I never expected that in any time there would be a cuphead DLC! it’s looks extremely cool. I have a chalice funko pop and so I’ve loved Ms. Chalice since. I’m so glad you played it in one video so I wouldn’t have to buy it myself! Great gameplay :) edit: ty for 68 likes
Bosses that were scrapped in the main game but were added into the dlc. The flying gentleman = moonshine mob The light = the record player from the spider boss
For what it’s worth, it also seems like the climber’s hints are all relative to the middle tombstone. In other words, always start and reset at the middle tombstone. If the first climber mentions the directions “up and right,” go up and to the right from the middle tombstone and interact with that tombstone first. If the second just mentions the word “left,” interact with the tombstone immediately to the left of the center one. I haven’t had the chance to extensively test this theory with every available clue, but every clue I’ve seen so far seems to suggest that the best thing to do is to reset your position at the center tombstone before following the next set of directions.
Also, if you look closely at the Puppets Glumstone wields in the second part of his battle, it shows the devil dressed like a king, and King Dice as his jester.

In order to unlock ‘s secret boss fight, you’ll first need to unlock the “Howling Aces” region of the overworld map. Reaching that area will require you to beat the DLC’s first two bosses (Glumstone the Giant and Mortimer Freeze or Moonshine Mob and Esther Winchester, depending on which route you take). All of those bosses are obviously pretty tough, but you should be able to beat them and reach that area fairly early into the game.
If you beat the dlc with the broken relic you'll get something special, it's like new game plus basically, there's also a secret boss in the grave yard, 986
You don’t have to beat dlc bosses to fix the relic, you can beat bosses from the main game as well Also all the king dice mini bosses count towards the progression

Standing near those tombstones is a ghostly detective who strongly suggests the graveyard harbors some kind of mystery. It turns out that it does, but you won’t be able to solve it quite yet.
This is where things get tricky. The stories they tell contain hints that indicate which tombstones you need to interact with in that graveyard and the order to trigger them in. The problem is that those hints (and the “tombstone order” they reveal) are random for each player. So, if you see another player suggest that there is a definitive order you need to trigger the tombstones in, don’t listen to them. You may get lucky and get the same order they did, but it’s more likely that your solution will be slightly different.
I noticed that too! I think the costumes of the puppets tell us their true rolls. King Dice is the jester because he is a pawn in the devil's game, and because KD is also the devil's right hand man. And the devil is the king because he has some sort if control over inkwell.
nah the detail they put into the game is amazing!! At 28:09 the puppets are the dice man and the devil. The fact they didn't put some random puppet makes me so happy and that's happen an uncountable of times with different thing aswell.
I love how they added the spider back from the original game cuz it was unused and now they have added it back and that’s good and a refrence to another boss when they add the music thing and it shoots lazars and it’s a refrence to another unused boss but I forgot the name of that boss but it is still very cool and maybe the big brown elephant thing might be a refrence to the cat in the regional so the trunk is the cat claw and in doggone dogfight whatever it’s called THE DOG IS FROM TOM AND JERRY AND AT THE START YOU CAN See TOM and that is very epik and cwelll

I’m only part of the way into the video and I am just saying, the Moonshiner Boss (the first one he fights), the first 2 characters seem to be scrapped bosses from the original game. The spider seems to resemble the dapper gentleman, and the second phase plays exactly like the light fight.

They actually did a patch, if you spin around, the genie will pop up and give you 4 or 3 life points, They made the patch for people to complete the game cause the Dlc was coming out so maybe you could do this in the part 2 coming tomorrow! Edit: It takes a couple spins for the genie to pop up and thank you for reuploading the video I enjoyed it!
I think the 'Doggone Dogfight' is a reference to CONTRA Hard Corps from the Genesis; specifically, one of the boss fights where you had to battle a mecha-bird-dragon-pterodactyl boss-thing and it's jetpacked minions while trying to balance on the wings of a plane and not die from a thousand-foot plummet (cuz the plane would do barrel rolls and swerve to try and avoid taking on damage). I only partly remember, but I think in that fight you not only had to survive the airborne menace, but you also had to defend the plane by killing the minions, because if they damaged the plane too much, it'd go down, and take you with it!
its so ironic because i just came back from this band camp and for electives they were talking about the music behind the scenes of cuphead which was the first time id ever known of the game and then i come home and find one of my most favorite youtubers makes a video about it!
