I like how he set a wr and got first, and didn’t seem like he broke a sweat by the time he was done. The unfair advantage might not be the prosthetic itself but it’s certainly the lack of fatigue due to relying on mechanical movement rather than muscular movement.
I would think that increased muscle recruitment in the upper leg due to lack of stabilization and everything else from the lower leg would serve to negate some or much of the mechanical advantage provided by the prosthetics.

Oscar Pistorious did have an unfair advantage with those prosthetics. The first part of your body to experience fatigue when running is the lower extremities. Your feet as they pound the pavement, your ankles are taking a beating etc. With prosthetics that isn't an issue. His heart gets an advantage also as it is only pumping blood to 90% of his body mass. Thats a huge advantage in a sport measured in milliseconds. The devise itself excutes its portion of the actual step perfectly every time, an advantage not found in the human leg.

If the advantage was unfair he wouldn't be running slower than non-impared Olympians. None of what you described can realistically be implied as adding up to an advantage over having actual full legs, which is exactly what your first sentence is getting at.
The prosthetics these days are quite good it seems and I'll admit that having two symmetrical legs is likely better than those running with only one prosthetic but to conclude that these are an advantage is ridiculous.
Also, if you think any Olympian is experiencing fatigue in their feet from hitting the pavement in a sub 400m race, you're just being silly and probably don't run sprints very often. Sprinting is anaerobic exertion and, for basically anyone who has trained themselves to actually take on the physical beating from these activities, the first thing to "feel" is your lungs. Sprinting for someone ~150lbs doesn't cause strenuous fatigue on muscles/bones in a single run, Olympic sprinters are repping out many times their body weight in leg exercises so I'm not sure how you come to the conclusion that a sprinter's feet are the main stress point in the middle of a single run.

Two blades is an advantage. With one blade, you can't go any faster than your one good leg can go. So Pistorius had an unfair advantage with two blades. It's not like he was cheating though.

The "blades give an advantage" argument is the most ridiculous thing I've heard in a long time. Particularly as the IOC demanded the blades he used for the Olympics (& trained in for 3years so had to use them in the Paralympics too) were regulated by them to mimic the reaction & weight of real calves.
