Great wallet. What weight leather are you using here??
Also...the Marmolada that you created on this video and the one for sale on your website have the internal fold "flipped". Is that a design change you've made? I've tried a couple of these and they always seem to end up just a bit short on the width due to stitching. Perhaps I need to adjust my cut template 1/8" or so to accomodate?!?
Yes, you got me! I recently changed the design. And I agree with you, trying to align the two parts can be quite difficult. Only after several attempts you find the right "proportion" of the two pockets, keeping in my mind that this proportion changes according to the thickness of the leather you are using. If it helps you, my external pocket is more or less 5 mm longer than the internal one, but again remember that this is not a fixed rule:)

Cut the outside pocket a little longer. Line up one edge and let the other "hang out" a little when you glue it. Then just cut it flush with the others. Sand and it will look perfect.
