@Irfanullah Khan. I am a Pakhtun and am somewhat offended by your question. Can I ask you a question or two? What is your understanding of culture? Is it a static dogma or an evolutionary thing which adapts, changes, absorbs things and develop new things? What are your parameters of culture? Is your question motivated by religion or culture? The shortest answer to your question is that Pashtun culture like all other culture is evolving and this is a much better adaptation than the gun trotting, throat slitting Talibanization which very few question as a Pashtun culture..Lets question that.
