We are going lighter blue each year! Are we secretly merging with Coventry or something??? Need to get the blue back to the 90s blue imho. other than that and not mentioning the abomination of the Owl.. it's a decent shirt.
Love it, and I'm so happy about the white panel on the back for where the numbers go so I can actually read them from the stands. The red last season looked good but against the blue and white stripes it wasn't half difficult to read😂
@@bobbennett4813 it was a contrast thing, I must admit it was a lot easier as the season went on and I could tell the new players apart, but early on it was impossible 😂
There was a time when numbers related to positions but now they don’t mean anything. I mean number 45, etc.? The plain back distorts the tradition of a stripped Wednesday shirt and it’s only there so TV & radio commentators don’t have to do much prep and club owners can cynically sell iron on numbers as an upsell.
Looks good, something different and a bit retro, but hardly a good promotional video when we need to get young fans onboard, really silly idea pandering to boomers when selling a footy kit lol

The plain back looks wrong, it's as if it's two different shirts. This is just a change of design for the sake of it (& money of course).
