That’s awesome! Post a video of it let us see! I believe I bought the cheapest possible Chinese laser cutter with no filtering or enclosed case and it’s been sitting in the shipping box for over a year cause I’m afraid to even set it up lol

So what would you differently with the coin cell battery holder if you were to do it again?

I came here looking for help with this kit. This was way too complicated. It turned out that the strand lights and the lanterns that come with the kit work fine. You just have to melt the thin protective plastic covering off the ends of all four wires before connecting them to the assembled battery pack. You can't see it but it's there. Do this by holding them over an open flame for a few seconds. Hopefully this saves you hours of frustration as it did me.

The girl that gave me her alley was the one that included those lights. She asked me to figure out a way to power them, I did my best. She was happy.
Good to know how to use those lights that come with the kit though, may come in handy in the future

God I wish that was my only problem. I figured out the lighting, the problem is the remote doesn't connect with the receiver and turn the lights on and off. I need to do it manually if I want to turn the lights on. Unfortunately, my remote didn't come with the plastic tab to show the batteries were already in there. I had to go out and get my own CR2025 button cell batteries. But the remote doesn't connect even with the batteries in it. Idk what I'm doing wrong. If anyone has advice please let me know.

I use an exacto knife and gently slide it and shave off the wire casing. I've made over 30 and it works great.
