The raiders haven't gotten anything for him with the picks yet but the reason they traded him in the first place is he wanted to much money. The raiders have gotten multiple big name players with the cap space they freed from trading him. I don't think the players are better than him, but they are good players on a team that sucked last year.

All American designations are basically just the very best players in the country, they select a few from each position. Kinda like the honor roll for sports. First team is the best then second, third are the next tiers. "All' ____blank awards are similar, just broken down by conference that particular school is part of. In this case, Buffalo is in the MAC(Mid American Conference) so Khalil making First team All-Mac team means he was chosen as the elite for that conference at his position(outside linebacker). All the conferences have their own awards. Big Ten, SEC, Big 12, etc.
