    📉 Current Housing Inventory:
    Polk County: 69 new listings, a 16.9% decrease from June 2023.
    Burnett County: 46 new listings, a 20.7% decrease year-over-year.
    🏠 Home Sales Data:
    Polk County: 54 homes sold, down 15.6% from May.
    Burnett County: 27 homes sold, down 12.9%.
    💵 Median Home Prices:
    Polk County: Median price at $300,000, a 4.9% increase from last year.
    Burnett County: Median price at $295,000, up 9.5%.
    📉 Pending Sales Trends:
    Polk County: 52 pending sales, down 22.4% from 2023.
    Burnett County: 23 pending sales, a 46.5% decrease.
    The low inventory levels have kept home prices steady and rising in both counties. High demand for homes continues to drive the market, despite a decline in sales numbers.
    🔒 Market Stability & Foreclosure Trends:
    No increase in foreclosures in Polk or Burnett Counties, signaling a stable and secure market. Bank-owned properties are at historic lows, maintaining strong home values.
    💰 Current Interest Rates:
    Rates are around 7%, higher than recent years. Buyers should focus on the long-term benefits of home ownership instead of waiting for rates to drop, as we may not see the low rates of the past again soon.
    🚀 Seller's Market Conditions:
    Limited inventory continues to create a seller’s market. Some properties are receiving multiple offers and dozens of showings within days of listing. It’s still an excellent time to sell!

    Sad wisconsin used to be so nice i lived in a town with 3k people everyone was lower middle class everyone knew everyone and it was very affordable you could leave your doors unlocked now everyone has been displaced as people from the local community can no longer afford the houses its all very rich people from illinoise buying everything up if something bad ever happened the community would no longer pull together i guess thats what the elite needed before the endgame could start outlander we have your women outlander she still lives
