My fav workout would be arms because I need to do more of it. I used to do a ton of cardio because I was a distance runner (still am), but I am adjusting to sprinting because I’m on the NCPA paintball team at my university. Your videos have helped me a lot this season!

Tabatas are my favorite. They improve my conditioning.. and I can utilize the time structure for any workout.

I like cardio, legs, chest and back days. When I go to workout i go in and get the job done and work those areas to the best of my ability.

Yea I still use the OTL workouts. Make sure you’re stretching before playing and hydrating!
