In this series of drills, we go over some of our favorite and most important agility and speed training drills. Thanks rayn I have same problem with my knee and injuries playing soccer and running cross country I went go play after so many years of have the angle give out or knee poping and just so stiff and having the hands lock up in the position of the holding the gun my question is there a way to train with gun and weight comes with it etek 4 lt with scion hopper and guerilla air 88ci 4500PSI M45 tank
Resistance bands will help your ankle stability and strength. For knees really emphasize single leg squats and lunges either weighted or non-weighted to improve quad strength. For your wrists, do forearm curls up and down with palms up and reverse with palms down and also palms facing in curling your hand s left to right and also thumbs rotating back. And grab a 10 lb weight and replicate in game moves with it. If you live in a less populated place just fill up your tank and loader put your barrel sock on and actual do it that way.

Best electronic marker is the planet eclipse Geo 3.5. That is what he shoots, that is what I shoot.
RUclips Police I perfer the ego line so I think the lv1 is the best
The lv1 is very nice and does in fact shoot great, but the Geo is overall easier to shoot/point and maintain (I can take apart and lube a Geo much faster than an lv1). A properly tuned/broken in geo (100k+ shot and a dwell drop) will shoot just as good as an lv1. This is just my opinion and everybody is different :)
Also, I believe that planet sponsored teams are required to shoot geos (at least my team does). Idk why this is, but I'm sure its for a good reason.
Overall, both markers are very nice and shoot great. Try out both and see which one you like ;)
RUclips Police Eclipse teams arent required to shoot geos, they choose to. The rest of your statement is valid except for that bullshit about maintaining the markers. Necessary maintenance times are extremely similar.

What position does Ryan usually play?
Ryan, did you consult a PT or athletic coach before making this video? Doing squats with a knee turned inward is horribly dangerous on the joint. Your knees should always track over your feet or slightly outward. Thats asking more more ligament damage.
***** yes, I actually mention that my PT was the one who taught me this drill. This is paintball specific and as paintball is not great on the joints, you still need to mimic paintball movements and this is the best way to warm those joints and ligaments up. I am not a trained PT or anything and I do mention that, but This was taught to me and it made sense while I rehabbed a knee injury.

Would you be able to show more ways to stretch your knees out I got hit by a car and my knees have been messed up since and being a snake player hurts my knees even more so if you could show some more stretches for your knees i would be appreciated, thanks

Stretches ain't gonna fix that bruh. Bad knees are bad knees and once they're gone they're basicay gone....my dad and my brother's are fucked from playing college baseball and mine are fucked from golf/bodybuilding. It sucks take care of your knees and back bros
