That was Not POLYJUICE Potion, Everyone knows POLYJUICE Potion is MUDDY BROWN in colour, Not NEON GREEN.

Interestingly enough, it looked more akin to a variant of Wiggenweld Potion. As Wiggenweld doesn't really have a description in books, lore, or films, the only real appearance we can really get from it is via the games, and there appear to be two variants of Wiggenweld, those being an amethyst purple or that neon green color.

I'm curious about what country you are from. I believe the company that makes these videos is based in the United States. All of these items can be found at any of our grocery stores. Especially Wal-Mart. My town has 2 Wal-Marts just to give you an idea of how common they are.
As far as pricing goes, I think if you just pick one drink, it would be rather affordable. I was actually looking up cheap recipes for a slumber party. Not to mention a lot of the recipes, only use a small amount of each ingredient so you would be able to make multiple batches from one shopping trip.
