This is very close to my dream game room. Instead of tennis or golf, I would have made a massive room filled with arcade machines though. Like hundreds of them.

I'd want a patio and large pool right beside the house, with a metal framework around it, covered with glass..

The glass panels that go around the structure are designed to slide and open the walls to the outside.
Closed in the winter, and double paneled to insulate it from the cold.

Now this is my kind of House with a game room.
I am in the process of down sizing from a 7,500sqft home to 5500 (this is both main level and full walk out basement). I am going to make the basement level into a large gaming area (2 bowling lanes, bar, air hockey, pool table and movie theater/gaming room. My house is estimated at 1.3M to build (not including contents). This game me a lot of ideas..once I sell my company in 5yrs or less maybe I can talk the wife into buying a home like this (or even this home if it’s on the market). Thanks again!
