One thing I noticed, was that in the movie their pendants were completely broken, then in the middle of this video it looked like it was only cracked, and then it was only a few moments later, the ground was glowing with each step, the people around them started getting along and being happy, and the voices grew more beautiful over time, And not only that, when Adagio looked at her pendant, they all looked so relieved to see. They got their magic back, but it works differently now.
Oh my god Aria and Sonata looks so beautiful in the artists style, love animatic versions brings a traditional feel and shows the effort from the artist, especially with it being handdrawn
I'm not sure, maybe this is going to be too obvious, but taking in count that their power used to be meant to tear things people apart, now in order to fix their collars now they are using a kind of union magic (?)
It's a metaphor. With their powers broken, they're searching for meaning. Before, every waking moment was spent seeking more magical power. Now that that road is closed to them, they need a new purpose, to find a new "magic."

I think you've gotten the timing just a TINY bit off o_o For the vocals at least, the music itself is fine but the vocals have just this slight echo effect that's playing with my head. I realize they're two separate takes so they may just not match up period, but it seems like it should for the most part.
